The Alpinmesse is Europe’s only information fair in the mountain sports sector for end consumers and an important event for keeping up to date with all aspects of “Alpine safety” and mountain sports equipment.
The Alpinforum, a high-caliber event on specialist alpine issues, is aimed at multipliers and an interested specialist audience. International speakers present the latest findings, but also question the tried and tested when it comes to safety in mountain sports.
The ÖKAS working group of alpine experts organizes training courses on alpine expert topics including accident examples and subsequent discussion and exchange opportunities at international level.
The ÖKAS is once again organizing the Alpinforum as part of the Alpinmesse Innsbruck in 2025. Under the title “Mountaineering, only healthy? – With Xenon on Everest, extreme training on the local mountain, excessive demands on the high-altitude trail”, there will be four thematic blocks this year.
